I’m Laura Turner, a Phoenix-area REALTOR® specializing in relocation and Arizona’s East Valley, including Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek and surrounding communities. After relocating to Arizona from the Pacific Northwest myself, I understand how different each part of the Valley can feel—and how much location matters when choosing where to call home.
My background in the building industry brings an added perspective to real estate, particularly when helping clients navigate homes and new construction.
Why I Chose Arizona
I moved to Arizona from the Pacific Northwest during a season of major change and was ready for a fresh start. What stood out to me right away was how different the communities here felt from one another. I loved the energy, the sunshine, the outdoor lifestyle, and seeing neighborhoods where people were actually outside—walking dogs, riding bikes, gathering with neighbors and enjoying their community. Arizona quickly felt like home.
What I Learned After Moving Here
One of the biggest things I learned is that the Phoenix area isn’t one-size-fits-all place to live. Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek and the surrounding communities each offer something different. Commutes, lifestyle, home styles and even what your budget buys can change considerably from one area to the next.
That experience is a big part of how I help relocation clients today—by helping them understand the Valley first, so they can make a more informed decision about where to call home.
